“Praised for its parodical take on the American president, its spoof of modern American politics, and its ability to mirror John Carpenter’s infamous Halloween film, President Evil has been lauded by viewers both domestically and internationally as a must-see comedic horror film this Halloween.”

In President Evil, a comedic horror film by Giant Meteor Films, three young girls of Muslim, Mexican and Haitian descent are stalked by a deranged killer dressed as the President of the United States just before the November elections.

The comedic horror film, a parody of John Carpenter’s Halloween and its antagonist Michael Myers, shows viewers a similar antagonist on a determined horror killing spree. This time donned in a mask baring the face of U.S. President Donald Trump, the disguised hunts within the confines of an American suburb with a commitment to target community members from minority groups.

“President Evil takes Donald Trump and turns him into a real-life Michael Myers,” commented reviewer Amparo Martinez. “Following the storyline of the 1978 Halloween, this spoof nicely blends politics, comedy, and horror. Great performances by the entire cast, especially Sheriff Mueller (Jose Rosete) and Lana (Sitara Attaie). The 1980s style murder scenes play great homage to the source material. A film for those not afraid to take politics a little less seriously.”

Written and produced by Gregory Wolk and Ruben Estremera, directed by Richard Lowly, and starring Jose Rosete (The Walking Dead: Red Machete), Christian Hutcherson (Dark) and Johanna Rae (Psychos), the film has been praised for its parodical take on the American president, its spoof of modern-day American politics, and its ability to mirror the style and storyline of John Carpenter’s infamous Halloween film.
